Eric Kampmann is known as an entrepreneur and business leader in the field of publishing. He heads up several companies and through them works with hundreds of publishers and authors. He believes that all successful businesses need to adhere to certain firm principles (signposts) including trust, financial prudence, and service.
From his first job, Kampmann understood that integrity was linked to long term success, but somewhere along the way, he lost his bearings and ended up in bankruptcy and financial ruin. It was during this period that he began to rebuild his life and his company on principles that he rediscovered in his daily readings in the Old and New Testaments.
Kampmann knows firsthand that the world without signposts is a dangerous place. He knows that it is easy for the best of us to lose our way. And he believes that once we regain the good path, we need to live a life filled with the conviction that every day presents us with many choices, some which will continue us on the journey we should be on while others become detours, taking us away from the most desired destination.
